Luxer One is seeking a full time Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. They will be responsible for creating content and managing our lead generation campaign as we grow our business in an exciting new market vertical. This position will focus on successfully using marketing software and tools to develop customer segments, build automation and drip campaigns, and write captivating and creative content for a new target audience.

We are looking for an individual who has experience building a content strategy from the ground up, who is familiar with distribution tools and methodologies, demand generation, and is outbound-focused.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and take ownership of lead generation marketing tool and campaign

  • Oversee demand and lead generation campaign activity

  • Create value-add content and email strategies for new market expansion

  • Write excellent emails and other marketing collateral to appeal to new target market(s)

  • Research and seek to deeply understand audience to offer value at every stage

  • Plan and implement promotional campaigns for new market entry

  • Coordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities

  • Manage lead pipeline for sales conversion

  • Manage and improve lead generation campaigns by analyzing results and A/B testing

  • Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications

  • Maintain effective internal communications

  • Collaborate closely with sales team to optimize and improve campaign elements

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of content creation, lead generation, and/or marketing analytics experience

  • Solid experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems

  • Demonstrated understanding of outbound marketing, content distribution, and go-to-market strategies across different platforms

  • Excellent writing, copywriting, editing, and communication skills

  • Ability to execute with a high level of creativity

  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a growing company

  • Exceptional time management skills, managing multiple projects, priorities, stakeholders, and deadlines

  • Data-driven and analytical mindset

  • Understanding of how to measure the performance of content marketing programs

  • Bachelor's degree
