The Fulfillment Manager is responsible for managing the Production and Fulfillment teams. Duties include maintaining all processes and requirements, reviewing work material to develop Production Build Plan, monitoring inventory, and ensuring that all jobs are covered with issues handled properly.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage Production and Fulfillment teams, which includes handling HR related issues and evaluating employee performance.

  • Train new employees and look for opportunities for process improvements.

  • Quality control of all Work Orders.

  • Maintain all processes and work instructions.

  • Review Production and Fulfillment requirements and develop Daily/Weekly/Monthly plans based on available resources.

  • Communicate component forecast information.

  • Create manufacturing Work Orders to drive Production Build Plan.

  • Evaluate material on hand, lead times, and usage forecast to make recommendations for purchases to the Director of Supply Chain.

  • Communicate approved forecasts to manufacturers and suppliers on monthly/quarterly basis.

  • Monitor inventory and requests to expedite PO's as needed.

  • Build forecasts based on input from reporting tools and other reporting criteria.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Excellent understanding of manufacturing operations.

  • Strong ability to influence, provide leadership, work in a team environment or independently.

  • In-depth knowledge of procurement, forecasting, and inventory control practices required.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in the advanced use of Microsoft Excel. Thorough knowledge of MRP/ERP systems.
