Luxer One is a package locker company with a mission to completely solve the package problem. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, customer-centric, Bilingual Technical Support Rep to join our team! This individual will assist with customer and property inquiries and with troubleshooting our locker systems. If you are seeking an opportunity to utilize your technical skillset and aptitude, and are eager to go out of the way to provide excellent service to customers, then you’ve come to the right place. Some responsibilities will include:

  • Answering phone calls from property staff members and on-site technicians
  • Responding to emails
  • Solving any resident issues
  • Troubleshooting hardware and software issues
  • Tracking and responding to ongoing technical issues
  • Special projects based on your skill set

You must be organized, have great computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), excellent (English) verbal and written communication skills, a confident phone presence and a willingness to learn. Courteous with strong customer service orientation, dependable with proficient attention to detail, active listening and responding skills and a strong ability to troubleshoot. This position also requires high French speaking or French/English bilingual ability.
