How to resubmit a video research request


Occasionally we will need to resubmit a Video Research request using the same ticket. In order to resubmit a new request when the video research portion of the ticket has already been filled out, please follow the steps below.


Select the “edit” button at the top left corner

Select the Video Research tab - PLEASE DO NOT CHANGE THE PREVIOUSLY SUBMITTED INFORMATION

Simply re-answer the last question in this section: Is this a resubmitted request?

Once completed, select the “save” button at the top left corner


You will need to document updated request information by logging a note.


Select the green “log note” button and expand the writing window by clicking the two arrows at the bottom right corner

In the “Use template” field, search “Re-submitted video research request”

Select this template to generate video research request requirements

Fill in all information as necessary

Once completed, select the “log” button at the bottom left corner

Please move this ticket back into the “VR Needed” stage
