How to: Reassign a package

Why will you need to reassign packages:

You will need to reassign packages were not assigned properly by the carrier. 

How to reassign a package:

  • Log into the property using the Building Manager tool
  • Locate the package you will need to reassign (you will do this by following the steps to locate a missing package)
  • Select the reassign button (Pictured below)
  • Using the search bar, search for the correct recipient by name or unit number
  • Once the package is reassigned advice the caller they will receive an access code via email within 5 minutes. (DO NOT give this access code out over the phone. If this is an email ticket, you can give the access code out in the email)
