Pause Time Abbreviations

Here is a list of department-approved pause time abbreviations and when they should be used. You should log into the Customer Support queue at the start and log out at the end of your shift. You should not log out of the queue during your shift. You may pause out of the queue for different reasons using the codes below. 

RR: Restroom

BR: Break

LT: Lunch

P: Personal

CT: Coaching or Training

L10: Level 10

S: Supervisor approved paused (1 on 1 or meeting)

TT: Ticket Time
VR: Performing VR on a ticket
