  • Check in with Rep - Some acceptable questions:

    • How are you doing today?

    • How are you feeling this week/ rate your week from 1 - 5

    • Any wins for the week? Or what motivated you this week?

    • Did you set any new goals for yourself?

    • How do you think you did last week?

  • 1 on 1 item from L10

  • Go over KPI Metrics with the rep

  • Discuss any performance highlights \ flags from the scorecard

  • Coaching Opportunities - Review of previous week’s performance

    • Review and go over what both supervisor and rep can do to get productivity back up.

  • Expectations: Set new goals for the following week

  • Set To-do’s for both side

  • Open discussion

      • “What can do this week to help you meet your goals”

      • “Where do you see needs for improvement? Personal or Dept. wide.”

  • Close session
